二.ziguier--荸荠
荸荠一直是一个非常有争议的食物，有人说它是水果，有人说它是蔬菜，直到现在也还是没有争出一个结论。小编觉得它就是一种果蔬两吃的食物，可以生吃也可以熟吃。
但是因为荸荠是一种土生植物，是在土里面长出来的，所有生吃的朋友一定得得要处理干净它哦。但是别看它是长土里的，它的功效可多了，它不仅可以清热解毒、补肾利尿还可以开胃消食，甚至还能起到治腹泻的作用。
